Why is There a Need to Test?

Commonly known as “Pink Eye,” it is an inflammation of the conjunctiva, a thin, transparent layer covering the surface of the inner eyelid and the front of the eye. It affects people of all ages and can cause any of these symptoms: redness, irritation, itchiness, tearing, foreign body sensation, clear or yellow discharge, swelling of the eyelids or eyelids that are stuck together in the morning.
